For the record, I commit to completing ours by the deadline of July 30 even if it’s just a sketch.
From then on, it’s all about collaboration, accountability, running partners, feedback loops, leadership practice, guiding others and being supporting by others.
And that’s the funny twist in becoming an Independent Learner. You begin to understand how important others are in your journey.
My nostalgia runs high on this particular day. It is the day when it feels like the entire world is celebrating that release from indenture – a reprieve from mandatory desk time and being told what to do. I remember as a young girl that feeling of pure glee on this day.
