I drink up the Acton Academy demonstrations and experiences we deliver to the Eagles for my own learning.
Today I hope to loosen the collars in my midst. But Hobbes’ will remain a bit on the tighter side until he Learns to Be a good dog. Happy new school year to all!
So I did just that and came back from my deep dive into “how can I be a better parent” with three lessons from the children – my own and many others.

Travel is the best antidote to the fear we may have of people who live differently. It dispels discomfort of the unknown and slashes pride. Travel simply swells the heart like nothing else.

It seems silly to say. We all know our #1 job as parents is to love our children. We do love them. It’s as natural as breathing.
